# Why is this pull down not working properly?

I have created a bar which when the mouse is placed over it, it scrolls down to show a mask with my text beneath it.

However, as the mouse is moved just under the bar, the scroll bar flashes continuously.

Please see the file i have attached below.

Does anyone know why this is happening??
