# Why should I use Python as opposed to PHP for a web app?

Give me at least a few good reasons why I should. In flamewars, Python is regarded as elegant. But feature-wise, what does it provide? It definitely has better error handling, but c’mon with a web app how many errors are there? Even then, what advantage does it have over PHP?

I’m trying hard to justify why I should use Python for a future web app than PHP.
