# Window border

I am interested in making a window where when the users come to index there would be two sites a high speed and slow speed. This would be done in HTML and on users click of highspeed I want to open a new window but not a full window with browser, topmenu ect…

How do you make the type of window in flash with just the blue top and then silver border around movie? I will look for an example.
