# Windows in Windows on Windows? What are they called?

Anyone know what the windows inside MS Windows applications are called? I think its a 3(?) letter abbreviation or something like that. So, when you have a document open in Photoshop, you have the main application window and then you have the document window which is a \_\_\_\_\_\_\_ window.
