# Windows prob

I have a problem with windows.

I have win XP  
Trying to reboot with a startup disk. It dos not detect it, and I creat another xp start disk from windows, and restart it detect it, then I write format c: it says “bad command file” or something.

Whats the problem. ?  
I`m trying to reinstall windows xp pro ☹
