Yea so on a different forum, there is a vector contest.  
You have to the picture provided into an interesting vector composition.

well here is what i was working on. i didnt want to show the face cuz i am stil working on that. but yea the coat, most of it is complete, a litlle shadows here and there and i will be done that.
