hello people.  
i would like to know how this effect is done on [http://www.pimago.de/flash\_en.html](http://www.pimago.de/flash_en.html). once you clicked on one of the buttons the box transformed into a different sized box. also, when you clicked on the portfoilo and select one of the images it appears the whole image and everything on the background is faded. can anone tell me how this is done or a tutorial on this effect.
