[www.Mexxus.com](http://www.Mexxus.com) and [www.centerforsight.org](http://www.centerforsight.org)

Who ripped who? I know [mexxus.com](http://mexxus.com) designs site for their clients but the person who seems to be taking credit for [centerforsight.org](http://centerforsight.org) is [Neonbob.com](http://Neonbob.com). Is there any way i can figuire out who is at fault so they innocent can be informed of this theft. Thanks
