# Xeon mother boards and cpus

hi i was looking around at buying a new computer and i came across these mobos :Ooo they have like slots for 2 processors? and like 16 gigs of ram  
are xeon processors anygood?

also i was wondering, do you think this mobo will work with only one processor or would it need both?  
cuz its gonna cost alott u know mobo  
$470  
cpus $380 each  
i would put at least 2 gigs ram to start $200  
new pci graphics card $400
