# Xhtml site - not replaying flash header again

Hi,  
I found this problem, I have XHTML+CSS site with FLASH animated header. This flash animation is an intro and after playing it it should be static, olny buttons are active. I don’t want to replay all the animation over when you hit the botton of another section and the page is force to reload all over again, I need to have the animation at the end not playing the whole intro.  
I know there are frames, but I don’t want to use them. Second think crossed my mind is that I can have two flash headers, but don’t you know more elegant solution? Thanks for all advices.
