# XML and Flash MX 2004 help .. AM I insane

Tell me if this is possible or insane aof me to ask.

Can I link to a text file on the server using XML and have it pull that text into my textBox in Flash MX 04?

I hate that I have to keep updating the xml file just to update the text in my textBox in the Flash movie.
