# XML - cacheproblem

this is starting to irritate me.

i have a guestbook and i save all entries in an xml-file on my server using asp.

once i have loaded the xml-file into flash i cant reload it (to see if theres any new entries) since its cached (i guess)…

does anyone have ANY ideas on how to solve this?
