Hi, Firstly the tutorials on this site are really helpful, hopefully one day i will be at the stage that i can provide flash tutorials for others.

Onto my point, please can someone advise me on how i open a blank page from a url in xml code… :h:

\<item\>  
\<news\>bla, bla, bla\</news\>  
\<url\>[http://www.somesite.com](http://www.somesite.com)\</url\>  
\</item\>

I recently used the News Ticker tutorial and want to be able to open a fresh window. In flash actionscript you would write getURL(“[http://www.somesite.com](http://www.somesite.com)”, “\_blank”); how can this be done in my xml file for my news ticker.:h:
