Has anyone posted AS3 source code for creating scrolling thumbnails? Better yet, has anyone found one that gets its images from an XML document?

you don’t ask questions in source code section.

you may search the forums or check gotoandlearn who may have done it

I’m sure I’ve see a AS3 version somewhere every flash web site is pure AS3 now.

I’m very sorry about that. I’m new to this website and wasn’t aware of that. I don’t mean anything wrong by that.

This example has a scrolling thumbnails track, with images drawn in from XML

Its procedural - timeline based. I coded it up when I was first moving from AS2 to AS3, so I wanted to compare how to do something in AS3 using I’d done before.

The fullbrowser gallery in this section by teaspoons has a thumbnail track as well, with a nice class approach.
