# Xml file not updating

I have flash banner running on a site that uses an .xml file and needs to be updated frequently however when the flash is loaded the xml file is stuck in the cache. I can load the xml file directly in my own browser and refresh it but it won’t do it on it’s own. How can I get it to work properly?
