# XML guestbook not working

Hi, sorry to post this thread if my question is somewhere answered, but I didn’t find it.

I have quite difficulties with the xml guestbook tutorial.  
First of all, when I try the example on the tutorial page and I insert a message,  
the guestbook goes blank and there are no messages anymore. Or, sometimes, the message just is not sent and when I open the input window again, my message is still there. Anyway my message never gets through.  
Second - when I try to run the guestbook downloaded from the tutorial separately on my computer or on my server, it does the same.  
Third - I tried it also on my linux computer. Same.

But I would like really much to use this guestbook!  
I like that it is simple and I need to learn to write into xml from flash anyway for other purposes, so I am not looking forward a mysql guestbook.

Please please help, I don’t know anymore.
