# Xml help

hello all,

Got a question, and very new to as3. I have tried looking everywhere for help and have been unable to find the answer. I am loading an xml file with a list of url’s to images for a basic slide show. And everything work fine when i compile in flash. However, when i put the swf in html my local server or on my public server nothing happens. I took the xml and hard coded the data into as3 and everything works fine, so i believe it to be that from my local server and my public server the xml is not being loaded.

also the paths look like ‘…/\_images/arrangements/img1.jpg’.

maybe because its a relative path, could that be causing some issue? i feel like this is a really stupid thing i am over looking
