# XML Layout Help needed

I have an excel file with UK towns postcode and citys and i need them to be laid out like below in the code…

BR1 = where the postcode will be

\<BR1 name=“BR1” photo=“IMAGEAREA”\>  
(TOWNNAME)  
\</BR1\>

can anyone help??
