# Xml mp3 player w/drag and drop

I’m building a website for my brothers band. I want to build a mp3 player that you can drap and drop a diffent xml file on to the player and it will load that set of songs. I would just like to know if this is a very complicated thing to do or not, so i can make an attempt.
