# Xml sockets tutorial?

hi,

i’m looking for a tutorial for basics about xml sockets.  
i want to kno if i can test this local, and then what do i need to go public (some kind of ordinary server will do?)

maybe something wrong, but i couldn’t figure out a way to get this working:

…and as far i can read in comments others found also issues, but the comments are inconclusive.
