# XML Tags to HTML link tags

I have been tearing my hair out about how to effectively convert this string by replacing the “\<j\>” tag with link tags:  
[INDENT][COLOR=“Blue”]\<j\>Section 1-3; Section No:4,5\</j\> and \<j\>Reading 6; Section 3\</j\> are all you need.[/COLOR]  
[/INDENT]  
to this:

[INDENT][COLOR=“Blue”]\<a href=“Section 1-3; Section No:4,5”\>Section 1-3; Section No:4,5\</a\> and \<a href=“Reading 6, Section 3”\>Reading 6, Section 3\</a\> are all you need.[/COLOR][/INDENT]

To become:  
[INDENT][COLOR=“Blue”]Section 1-3; Section No:4,5[/COLOR] and [COLOR=“Blue”]Reading 6, Section 3[/COLOR] are all you need.[/INDENT]  
Can someone please help?
