# XML with large #'s of database items

[FONT=Franklin Gothic Medium]Hello:

I am creating a Flash/XML-driven movie clip database for the web. i would like to create XML (meta) data or an XML file for each clip, which lists things like clip format, clip length, and keywords for a search engine.

I currently have 500-600 clips to put into the database. would I be able to pass data back and forth faster between XML and Flash MX 2004 (especially when searching) if create XML files for each clip or create a large XML file for all clips with more nodes?

The XML tutorials (which are great, BTW) only deal with 3-5 items in the database.

This is a large undertaking, but i am trying to make this as manageable and streamlined as possible. thank you.[/FONT]
