Something huge flashy thingy that goes nuts when you recieve a PM…

or log on and there’s a PM waiting…

I ALWAYS forget to check the bottom of the main index for PM’s 😛

I saw a hack a while back that let you blink the PM Bar once you get a new Private Message! Lemme go search for it!!

Oh and btw, you can get an alert once you get a new PM!

Go to your USER CP \> Edit Options \> Pop up a box when you receive a Private Message? (YES) \> Submit Modification

Now try sending your self a PM, and you’ll see that alert!

I get a Javascript Alert window that pops up telling me I have a new PM, then it opens the PM Area window in a new window.
