# Z-index?

In a HTML page where we have a flash movie and a javascript menu, the menu goes under the flash movie.

How can i do the opposite ?

Hello Zabz,  
You would simply add a Z-index value for the flash movie, and give it a value like -1 or smaller than that of the default 0. You DreamWeaver and FrontPage do it automatically by accessing the program’s absolute value/positioning section.

I’m sorry but,  
I’ve a french version of Dreamweaver and I don’t find what you mean…

I’ve tried to add a z-index in the object tag, in the embed tag.

And nothing work…  
I’m realy sorry to ask you again…

i HAVE TRIED BUT DON’T FUNCTION.  
LISTEN ME

I SET A DIV LIKE  
\<DIV ID=“FIRSTFLASH” STYLE="POSITION:ABSOLUTE;Z-INDEX:-1 (OR OTHER NUMBER MINOR OF THE NEW DIV) "\</DIV\>

\<DIV ID=“LAYERCHECK” STYLE=“POSITION:ABSOLUTE;Z-INDEX:100”\</DIV\>

IT DON’T FUNC!  
“FIRSTFLASH” COME ALWAYS FIRST OVER MY NEW LAYER  
I DON’T BUT I HAVE SEE OHTER ANIMATION LIKE THIS BUT I DON’T FIND NOW THIS SITE.  
PLS EXPLAIN ME WELL PLS.
