I’m trying to find a tutorial or (if the God’s are smiling on me) an .fla of a form element that will allow visitors to rate their level of pain.
A visitor will come to the site and be presented with this interface that says something like “mark on the scale below your level of pain” After they slide the bar and hit “submit”, the results will fill a MySql database with something like “6.2” or “3.4”.
I’ve got the database items figured out… I’m having trouble finding out how to code the interface…
