Hi guys,
I drafted a really simple html/css document to isolate my issue. I believe this has been a common problem for many for a long time and I’m looking for a workaround.

If you resize the browser, you will notice that once you resize below the center div, the 100% background image is increasingly cut off.
Any solution to this?
