I was wondering Why jpegs and all picture files look like **** when You publish the fla. And it there a way to fix it?
Also How do you turn a Flash file into a exe file?

I founf an answer for the first question but not the second. Please help.
try hitting F1 and you will see…

File > Publish Settings > chose projector in the Format tab
you can also open a swf file directly from your computer (which will open it in the swf player.exe) and chose from there
File > Create Projector…
