I would like to start a battle of my own. With only one person. Preferably someone of older age. Someone experienced, who I may (or may not) learn something from.
The theme would be color. Anything that just catches the eye or has vibrant colors or a nice blending of colors. The style can be grunge or trendwhore or anything you want, as long as the main theme is color.
The serves don’t have to say “round 1” or “mrE vs. otherPlayer” or anything dumb like that. Just plain art. I think that’s more appealing.
The size would be 1024x768 (for use as a wallpaper- just for fun).
Let’s say… 4 serves per person?
No time limits.
Must use only photoshop.
We take turns picking stock images for the other person to use.
This allows for us to work on our serves at the same time. A little faster paced.
Whoever wants to do this, I don’t care… as long as you’re somewhat of a PS expert. I want a real challenge.

One reason why I think battles use the “stupid” round number and people’s names is so that we all get better at using correct fonts to compliment our designs. As that is a huge part of web design. Just an idea for you.
ethan, I agree. I shouldn’t have said that it was stupid. I guess I just see too much of it used in a bad way.
Esku, I’m saying that I want to have a Photoshop tennis match, and the theme is color.

awesome. Thanks for takin’ the challenge, Esku. I hope you realize that it’s not just a photo manip… you can add any elements you want… like grunge or backgrounds or just anything you want! i hope you don’t think I just want you to change the colors in the photo that I gave you.
