2advanced menue system?

hey everyone for my upcoming site id like to have this menu attribute that 2advanced has, their expand button where no matter where your navigating if you press it, theres an outro sequence, eek I’m lost for words, but this site is even clearer on what I’m talking about http://www.resionline.com/ , Im creating a similar menu system where theres a login/news button thats minimized in the bottom and when you press it it maximizes and the content your currently viewing minimizes and plays the original homepage, I’m not sure but maybe fscommand(“allowscale”, “false”); ? thanks for your suggestions
