3 level drop down menu

can anyone direct me to a tutorial for a drop down menu that has
3 level sub menus - ie - main menu / sub menu 1 /sub menu 2 / sub menu 3.

I’m not sure how to code the menu system.
Movie clips of the sub menus or frame navigation.
