man… i like to tabb browse(a great freature in FireFox)… so i open up like 6 windows or so… post in one and switch to the other and post…and o and on and on…I don’t mean to… but alot of times… i get blocked from posting because i didn’t wait 30 secs… What is the real applicable purpose of this…
