I came across this site

On the Demo video on the left, it starts with photos coming out and looking 3d and rotated and pulling towards the viewer. I would like to know if its possible to do a similar effect within flash/photoshop.
I want to have a collage of photos and have it look that some of them are farther away and then they all sort of come towards the viewer.
