A career? me?

Well, I have this dilemma. I don’t know what to do with my freaking life. I am a 19 year old college student, simply taking some general education classes, before I leave and go to a UC or CSU (I go to a community college right now :P). I don’t know WHAT I want to do with my life. I find myself pretty interested in computers, so I was wondering, is it worth getting into it? Maybe web design? I am worried that it doesn’t pay, since the whole dot-com bust a while back, when everyone wanted a page, payed a buttload of money to get one, and then later realized what idiots they were and now… maybe I don’t have my facts straight hah. But, with places like this, people like me are learning to design every day… I don’t know, I was wondering how thigns go for you guys, what you did to maybe get where you are (school, jobs, backstabbing…). I currently know a bit about php (I made this site with it recently, my first one: www.passedtime.com ) and am now learning flash… sometimes hah. Hm… so, anyone have ideas or anything tah say? thanks, this community is great.
