OK im pretty much a flash noob. i know a bit from my dabbles creating my webpage stuff. www.phoket.net. but not enough to do what i wan tto do.
Im trying to create a flash based loop player (plays .wav loops of songs over n over. etc) i build one on www.phoket.net but that one i had to make a movie clip for every different track i wanted to play. i figured out how to hack up the sound bar turtorial enough to do this. but this time im looking to make it a bit more streamlined. i would like to have a playlist like a bunch of buttons or a list box with buttons in it. (can you do that? that would be ideal.) and naturally a play n stop button gonna do a volume slider n stuff. but instead of loading different movies with the wav included i want to just have the loop player be able to load indivual wav files. and just have a text box with the name of the track in it. also i want to be able to have a preload progress thing for each track. hopefully in the same window as the track name just some text an a % complete or something. but i don’t eben know how to approach this really. a good example of something similar to what i want is the loop player at [url=“http://www.deadmau5.com”]www.deadmau5.com.
if anyone can point me twards a turtorial that might cover this stuff or have some advise or want to walk me through the process. i would be extremely appreciative.
