Hi!
When a nice flash movie or even a flash site is finished, which parameters are important to publish a movie or a site which can be seen easier by others over internet? There are still people out there who don’t have the best computers and fastest internet connections.
I’m not talking about the file size which is extremely important, but other considerations and parameters.
Do you have any ideas about this?
