i maximise it and then its turns small… i don’t like that. i like control to resize the window

I’m not sure what you mean. Does the browser get smaller when you maximise or the flash content?
either way that is odd

yeah, when i click on the link, a new window comes up (1024x768 size) but as soon as the site loads the window resizes to the swf size (about half the size)

wierd.
