Well I am a newbie @ making webbies… I am interested in making weblogs but somehow I can’t figure out how they’re made… For instance, this following site:

Now I wud love to have a blogger like this… I guess she probably used tables and a layout that she made herself. Now wat I can’t seem to figure out is… How to make da friggin layout and how to apply it to my site… In short, I donno heck about how she made this site…
Can anyone please help me out with the basic steps that I need to follow for dividing my webbie into a 3-4 columns thingie (tables I guess) and then how to apply backgrnd images to juz one or two columns and so on… I’d be really thankful…
