Hi guys I just got done with 2 sites and wanted some feedback till I post them live. Im pretty much out of ideas just want to know what you guys think.

This is basically a new portfolio that a web agency i contract with wanted me to re-design its kind of plain though any ideas on spicing it up or changes would be greatly appreciated.

Ah real estate sites just kill me no matter what I do it seems I can get away with how boring they are. I kind of like the Intro but i keep thinking it needs maybe a border or something. What do you guys think
