in the “Contest Questions/FAQs” sticky, the second question says,
“Does the 10Kb file size limit include the testing.swf file?
No, the 10Kb file size limit applies only to the effect file. Kirupa answered this in a thread somewhere but I forget which.”
AND on the main page it says,
“The maximum file size of your final SWF should not exceed 10k.”
what’s the difference? what does this person mean by the “effect file”?
