A question bout falling snow effect

hi, i would like to know how can i make the falling snow effect to be just on 1 frame and not affecting others. The falling snow effect is taken from kirupa website http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/snow.htm. Im greatly thankful for those who can help me out here thx alot and hope to hear from anyone soon
