A real Noob! question

Ok… I have a movie clip with 21 frames within the main timeline. The movie clip is an instance by the way, just to make myself clear. Ok… and when this movie clip instance reaches the 21st frame I want the main timeline to start again at frame 60. I just cant seem to get it right… Im sure someone can give me the answer real quick… so thanks in advance
