The object tags in your html embeding code relate to Microsoft’s active x componants. If a person has enabled active x on their system, and you are using the object tags which are published by Flash (the ones that dreamweaver inserts are ok too) then the latest plugin will automaticaly be downloaded to the viewers system.
As far as I know there is no other way of automaticaly downloading, and that method requires that the user allow it to occur. I could be wrong, but I haven’t heard of anything else that will do it.
