E4X looks pretty useful– if you plan on storing information in an XML file. But does Flash offer an easy way to grab data from a plain text file? The folks I’m working with shouldn’t have to worry about tags and whatnot if they need to reuse my Flash project after I’m gone.
How about server scripts? Is it easier to do this through PHP or something?
