Hello all, I have little to no Actionscript knowledge and am trying to finalize our non-profit organizations website. I have built our entire website with AS2 but purchased a xml events calendar programmed in AS3.
I was under the impression that even though it was programmed in AS3, the exported swf would still load fine in the AS2 website… After some research I am now finding out this isnt the case.
What I wanted to know is if the script could be converted to work in AS2. I dont have the knowledge to know how to do this, let alone if it can be done.
The attached files are the Actionscript from the movie and the xml information.
I would appreciate any input or referrals. Thanks!
