*A solid understanding of Flash and Actionscript 2.0 (or 3.0)
*Examples that demonstrate your ability to code a game from scratch.
*Understanding of physics and maths concepts that are often required for Flash games projects.
*Knowledge and experience in HTML, CSS and PHP.
*Understanding of compression techniques.
*The ability to self-learn new skills as required.
*Be able to work hard under pressure.
*Be a keen games player with an understanding of what makes a game fun.

[FONT=Arial]Duties and Responsibilities:[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial]On joining the team you will be expected to be able to code and build games from the ground up using assets from the artists and musicians. You will collaborate with the team on games concepts and level design.[/FONT]
