I need someone to create something similar to the Work section on this site:

In their Work section, you can view their work and add items to a list of “favorites” , then send the list through a contact form.
Everything should be XML based, including the titles and images.
Please send your quotes and timeframe.
I have the graphics, just need someone to code it.
