Can someone explain the differences between Adobe Flex and Adobe AIR?
I’m familiar with how to work Flash and was just getting a feel for ActionScript 2.0 when CS3 came out and re-vamped with the new (and radically different) ActionScript 3.0.
I want to learn ActionScript 3.0 and most books/tutorials/training videos seem to push the Flex Builder but recently, I hear people talking about Adobe AIR.
What’s the better way to go if I plan on using ActionScript mostly for web applications?
