I am going to purchase one website from one of my friend and in the first frame I find this one. And when I test this one there is error saying that file missing

while viewing the As I find that this one is incorporated in the top of The AS.

While inquiring he advised me to download this one and install and test this one here is the link to download this one

I downloaded one installed but the result is the same I am using CS3 though the script is in AS2.
Any idea how to use this one.
