Adobe pricing policy

Just checking out prices for my work to buy CS3 creative suite, and I’m absolutley shocked by the pricing policies employed.

US retails for $1799.00 and the UK version retails for £1655.58 ($3,687.83)

Now forgive me if I’m wrong here, but that is more than twice the price. I can’t think of any thing they would need to tweak to change the app so it runs in the uk so how in heels name can it be more than twice the price…:td:
