I’d like to implement an advanced search feature on my website without writing the codes from scratch. Before I Google around, does anybody know if there is any open source code that I can use or pay for a good price? Basically, I want to users to be able to filter the search on specific criteria. For example, if they want to search for a car, they can select brand, type, and color. The filter criteria is static. In other words, for example, the user will use the check box to select a predetermine brand, like Mercedes, BMW, and/or Honda.
